If you are fortunate enough to have an AUTOCAD layout, you will notice that each piece of equipment has an assigned number which, when matched to the number in the adjacent category, will give your cost of merchandise. The equipment has been categorized as listed below. You will find a suggested smallwares opening list under that category's button. Close attention should be paid to the type of electric which you have available in your new facility, along with allowing yourself enough lead time (typically 4 weeks) from order placement to receive your equipment package.
